What to Expect at Your Consultation

Pre-Op Visit

Your pre-op appointment will prepare you thoroughly for surgery. Here’s what to expect:

One of our medical assistants will take pre-op photographs.
Your surgeon will explain the surgical technique in detail, including potential risks and expected recovery. While every surgery carries some risk, serious complications are uncommon.
A full review of your medical history and a physical exam will be completed to confirm you are medically cleared.

At this visit, informed consent forms will be signed, final payments will be completed, and you will receive a call 24 hours before your procedure with your scheduled arrival time.

The Breast Enlargement Surgery

Breast augmentation is performed in the comfort and privacy of our fully accredited operating suite in Berlin, MD. Patients may receive general anesthesia or IV sedation with local anesthesia based on their needs.

Activity: Patients typically return to light, non-strenuous activities within a week, but should avoid exercise or heavy lifting for several weeks.
Follow-Up: You will see your surgeon within the first week, again at 2–3 weeks, 6–8 weeks, and then annually. These follow-up visits are complimentary.
