Ballancer® Pro Treatment
Lymphatic massage treatment is a gentle, non-invasive way to promote your body’s natural detoxification and healing processes. At Peninsula Plastic Surgery in Millsboro, DE, we proudly offer the Ballancer® Pro, an FDA-cleared compression therapy device recognized as the gold standard in modern lymphatic care. This advanced system can be highly beneficial for patients recovering from cosmetic surgery, seeking improved circulation, or managing chronic swelling and fluid retention.
The Ballancer® Pro uses 24 overlapping air chambers built into specialized garments for the upper or lower body. The result is improved lymphatic flow, reduced inflammation, enhanced immune function, and overall wellness benefits.

Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is designed to restore optimal hormone levels in individuals experiencing hormone imbalances. While it is most commonly used to relieve symptoms of perimenopause and menopause in women, BHRT can also be highly beneficial for men with age-related testosterone decline.
Benefits of Hormone Replacement Therapy include:
- Vagina: Helps relieve vaginal dryness, discomfort, itching, and other symptoms of atrophy by restoring healthy tissue and improving elasticity.
- Sleep: Minimizes anxiety, night sweats, and insomnia to promote deeper, more restorative rest.
- Sex: Boosts sexual desire and enhances overall enjoyment and intimacy.
- Bladder: Strengthens bladder function, lowering the risk of urinary tract infections and improving control over bladder issues.
- Weight Loss: Supports healthy weight management by counteracting hormonal weight gain.
- Hot Flashes (Vasomotor): Significantly decreases the frequency and severity of hot flashes and night sweats, improving daily comfort and quality of life.
- Mood: Helps stabilize mood swings and may ease symptoms of depression.
- Brain: Improves focus and concentration, with research suggesting it may lower the long-term risk of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
- Anti-Aging & Skin: Increases collagen production for firmer, smoother, and more hydrated skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and sagging.
- Heart Disease: Modern formulations, including micronized progesterone, may offer additional cardiovascular protection.
- Muscles: Preserves and builds muscle mass and strength while easing joint and muscle aches.
- Migraines: Can help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraine headaches.
- Bone: Prevents bone loss related to menopause, helping reduce the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.
- Wellness: Promotes overall health, vitality, and long-term disease prevention, supporting a better quality of life.

Every BHRT journey begins with a personalized consultation, during which a provider reviews your medical history, symptoms, and wellness goals to determine if this therapy is right for you. If you qualify, initial lab work will be ordered, and once results are reviewed, a customized care plan will be created. Your start date will be scheduled, and during the initiation appointment, your treatment plan will be explained in detail, with prescribed medications shipped directly to your home. Follow-up visits are held monthly for the first three months, then every three months for the next six months, and every six months thereafter to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
BHRT is offered as a membership program at $150 per month for the first year, with lab work and medications billed separately.
