The patient above underwent subcutaneous mastectomies for severe fibrocystic disease. We reconstructed her breasts with saline implants.

 

The patient above underwent right mastectomy for breast cancer. We reconstructed that breast with a saline implant and nipple reconstruction. We enlarged the left breast with a saline implant.

     
 

Our patient above underwent right mastectomy for breast cancer. We reconstructed that breast with a small saline implant and latissimus dorsi flap. We created her right nipple and areola with small skin flaps and a tattoo, respectively. To achieve symmetry, we lifted the left breast.

 

The patient above underwent right mastectomy for breast cancer. We reconstructed that breast with a TRAM flap but no implant. She decided not to have a nipple reconstructed.

The patient above was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts ten years following breast enlargement with silicone gel implants performed elsewhere. We removed her old implants and reconstructed her breasts with saline implants and vertical breast lifts.
